Dartmoor ShelterBox Challenge 2010
What is the Challenge?
A unique adventure challenge set to test team work & endurance to the limit. Teams of four navigate a 30 mile challenge course over two days, carrying a ShelterBox loaded with everything needed to complete the course & survive an overnight on the moor.
The challenge represents the qualities needed to become a ShelterBox Response Team Member.
Last year, four of us from Evolution formed a team to join in the Dartmoor Challenge. We really got a lot out of it and decided to give people who would be interested in the Challenge, but who wouldn’t apply to join it on their own, the chance to get involved.
This year we are entering five teams into the Challenge. Each team will be facilitated by one of the orginal members plus Fiona, who will be facilitating a Women’s team.
